The meeting will be held at the University of Haifa on February 4 th to 6 th 2020, at Hecht auditorium (next to the Hecht museum) which is located in the university’s main building.

Take a taxi from Ben-Gurion Airport’s taxi dispatcher station. The cost should be around NIS 250 (approximately 80$), and the ride should take around 80 minutes.


You can get to the University of Haifa by taking a train to  “Hof Hakarmel (Razi’el)”  station directly from the airport. The “Hof Hakarmel (Razi’el)”  station is located approx. 15-minute via taxi from the University of Haifa.

Invited speakers will stay at the Dan Panorama Hotel (Sderot HaNassi 107). The conference administration will take care of the booking and reservations according to the details provided in the registration form.

Please bear in mind that according to university regulations we can only cover four nights in the hotel (2.2-6.2). Additional nights in the hotel will have to be covered by the guest.

During the meeting lunches, dinners and coffee will be provided.

Invited speakers who wish to arrive by car are requested to provide us with their car reg. number.

REIMBURSEMENT (for invited speakers only)

Invited speakers from abroad, who wish to receive reimbursement for the plane tickets, please provide us with the following documents:

  • Original receipt for the payment and the E-ticket
  • Photocopy of your passport (the page with your picture)
  • Photocopy of the page in which your passport was stamped when entering Israel
  • Your address or bank account details
